2 Establish customer contact and maintain customer relationships: establish basic customer contact points (contact persons, contact information, etc.); understand the customer's organizational structure and procurement plan;
3. Research customer needs and explore sales opportunities: understand customer needs and participate in the formulation of customer demand solutions; understand customer project procurement budgets and customer procurement expectations; understand customer procurement time and project planning progress time; understand customer project procurement decision-making procedures;
4 Develop sales plans and achieve sales targets: Understand competitor and partner information and formulate countermeasures; coordinate company resources to provide solutions and quotes for customers; sign contracts with customers in accordance with company requirements; coordinate company resources to organize project implementation, tracking, and confirmation; Make regular return visits to maintain good customer relationships; promptly resolve issues such as complaints during contract execution.
